I went to Dr. Powell about 10-11 years ago after fighting a lifelong battle of yo-yo dieting, starving, fad diets etc. from the recommendation of a friend. I was obese and his plan works. He is a very inspirational and dynamic man and can easily explain to you how the body processes and metabolizes carbs, protein & fat.

If you're struggling with weight loss then I recommend scheduling a consultation with him. If you follow his plan, you will see results quicker than you could imagine and without starving and/or straining your already exhausted body. Follow the plan and move your body... that's all you have to do.

I still go to his office for vitamin b shots and I am successful @ having made lifelong changes of having sneals and a carb/ protein balance. My weight has stayed in the normal range and no more binges, starving or fad diets for me thanks to Dr. Powell for helping get me on the right track.

Dr Powell and his staff have given me so much support and education and it has helped me lose over 80 pounds and I have kept it off for several years now. The " Sneal" concept has taught me how my body can work for me or against and so can food. Through good times and bad Dr Powell has been there to help keep focused and always listens and is genuinely concerned about me. I'll never forget my first visit with him, he spent over 45 minutes with me I have never had that much time EVER with a doctor. Amazing!!
