Terrible customer service. I called to ask for some assistance on a billing issue, I was charged twice for an appointment I went to. I was told I could talk to the manager Aaron. When I spoke with her on the phone she seemed very annoyed that I called. She was very rude. She told me not to call back that she wasn't going to waste her time and that I need to figure it out myself! I don't understand how she act like this with returning customers and still be employed by this company. I will not be going back
There are much nicer places to go in Chico. I'd look elsewhere.

This is the second time this office has done this to us. Mad as helicopter too. NO phone call, email, or letter informing us that our PCP-PA is no longer with them. I sat in their dark office for over an hour last year waiting for someone, anyone, to check me in for my scheduled appointment with Dr Turek. I finally approached a receptionist for an ajoining PA, who informed me that Dr Turek was no longer there. My husband had been an by Stuart Mishelof 3 days prior, so I requested to be transferred to him. Oh no. Stuart wasn't accepting New Patients. What? We had to petition for them to add me on with my husband! Today I called to confirm an appointment in September. No notice, no email, phone call, letter, nothing! Stuart Mishelof is no longer with Argyll Medical group either! We NOW have to complete New Patient Applications for Mission Ranch Primary Care, where Stuart has transferred to. None of our appointments or records transferred with him. The receptionist for Mission Ranch was so understanding and kind and above all, apologetic for Argyll's treatment of their patients. Is this a California Thing? Well, it IS insane, so maybe yes. Shame on Dr Roy Bishop. Not a way to run a practice. Bad. Just incompetent and bad.
