Price Is Right Discount Carpet Center

I was given a verbal quote, first mistake. The owner, Jerry sent out Tony, unlicensed worker who did not know how to install anything. I was told the carpet and plank were high quality. They turned out to be cheap. The plank cuts are uneven everywhere, apart from the wall. The vinyl in the bathroom was cut very irregular and in the open, which they used a putty on. The rubber baseboard was not a color I choose and installed loosely. Jerry would not fix it, he kept sending Tony and his helper out which did nothing. I found out later that the carpet was not stretched, They could have used good quality product between the carpet and plank but used cheap rubber stuff that immediately got dirty. The sliding closet doors don't close because the baseboard is blocking the way. I could go on and on. Very scary and dishonest people.

Jerry is the best! His employees worked their butts off and got my floor done quickly and efficiently! And they look INCREDIBLE! I couldn't be happier!!
