I can't tell you how happy we have been with our experience using Big Foot Carpet. Over the last 8 years we have used them multiple times and each time they have exceeded our expectations. They are friendly, reliable and always quote us at the best price. I've even taken their recommendation on flooring in two different areas of our home and have been very happy with the end result. We will continue to use them in the future.

This place is a joke. Could never get them to schedule anything. Kept saying they don't know when etc. super rude and unprofessional on the phone. Don't return phone calls when they say etc. we decided to go with a different company and was able to get something scheduled within the same week. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
