Blue Haven Pools & Spas

We initially received quotes for a new pool construction from 3 local pool companies and decided to go with Blue Haven because of their Ozone and UV systems which greatly reduce the amount of chlorine necessary. From the beginning to the end, Danielle in the office and Scott in the field, kept us up to date with scheduling and even with delays that are common with any construction, our pool was completed in a reasonable time frame. The finished product is amazing and we are so glad we chose Blue Haven for our project. Anyone who comes over to use the pool are very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. Also, during our first season of use, I accidentally damaged the pool equipment and they sent out their crew to fix the damage in less than two business days and at no charge! I would highly recommend to anyone.

So i am going to give a very short summary of my experience, draw your conclusions as you may:
Guy who sold me pool vanished
First time i met, "Scott", started off iffy, but i may have been to blame for some discourse
First couple steps of process went as planned
Then long delay between gunite and concrete
Another long delay between Crete and plaster
Issue with Lights and a few pipe leaks here and there, which they addressed under warranty
Pool looks great, works great, parts seem to be of good quality.
I think they are a tad overpriced but i don't know anything...lol
We love our pool, an in the end i guess that is all that matters...
