Roto-Rooter

I called Roto-Rooter of Oroville/Chico to do a routine cleaning of my outside sewer line to street. I have used Rot-Rooter in Chico for the past 44 years at this house, and although the franchise has changed hands several times as previous owners retired, I have always received excellent service.
When I called to request service, I was greeted on the phone with a friendly, courteous person who I found out bought the franchise about 6 years ago. She promptly scheduled me for the day I would be in town. At the scheduled time, John and Kory arrived and introduced themselves to me and started the process on the sewer line. I noticed some faucets were not shutting off completely and one leaking. I asked if they could take a look and without hesitation, they diagnosed and fixed the problems. Kory also found a leak I did not see and sent his partner to the hardware store for a part, and fixed that too. Great repairs and great service.

Along with Frank Rivera Contracting, they were able to successfully repair my leach field in between rainstorms and they did a fantastic job!
Everyone was competent, polite and very considerate of the landscaping while completing their work. I recommend them both whole-heartedly!
