RUSH Personnel Services, Inc. has been locally owned and operated by our founder, Bonnie Peracca. RUSH is one of the largest independently owned and operated staffing services in Northern California. Bonnie chose to base the corporate office in Chico as a central location for our service area which covers most of Northern California. In 1998, RUSH established our "virtual office" on the Internet to enhance our capability to provide total employment services to the region.

Rush personal is amazing especially when being guided by my personal rush guide Houa Yang who was a big help to me especially during this time of Covid which is why I would definitely reccomend this to anyone currently in need of a job!
