I made an appt for a vaccination and arrived on time to a line of 10 angry people that didn't move. I went in the clinic and said I had an appt and she said I still had to register with the pharmacy. Only after 20 minutes in line, was I able to see the TINY sign to go down to the Dropoff window for vaccinations. Something the lady of course didn't mention. VERY frustrating.
Only the lady who actually administered the shot was efficient and helpful. I would never come here again for any reason.- helpfull 0
