The best pharmacy in chico , they delivered my prescription in no time , they called in my doctor and renewed my prescription and ran my insurance, I really recommend it , the pharmacists very knowledgeable and helpful

We've been using Next Door for about a year now and in the beginning, the staff was intelligent and helpful. The problem is, they go through staff so quickly, it seems like I am stuck in a perpetual "training" system. Their communication skills are nonexistent and scripts are NEVER ready when they say they will be ready.

The young intern or whoever they have typically working the front / phones, needs to learn that "Um" is not a professional conversation filler. She lacks the understanding of procedures and thus is unable to correctly or accurately answer your questions.

I will always choose local over chains, but I wouldn't use Next Door Pharmacy again if they were the last locally owned pharmacy in town.
