The owner of this business took measurements from me for two doors and I ordered them. For some reason he didn't hear when I told him the measurements were for a rough opening. So, the doors I got were way to big for the opening. I let him know what was wrong and he refused to make the correct size doors or give me a refund. He treated me very poorly, was aggressive and rude. So, I ended up paying for his mistake! I will NEVER go to this business again.

Unhelpful. Our home burned down in Paradise in the fire and we are trying to rebuild. We are building a custom home. We want wood trim and baseboards and we want 7 foot doors throughout. They took our plans about 4 weeks ago and told me that I'd have a bid in a couple days. I then get a text saying that it'll be a couple of weeks before I get my bid. Okay, totally understandable. I tried to reach out to them and I received no contact back. So I went in there 4 weeks after dropping off a set of plans to talk to them and touch base about the bid. He then tried to talk me out of my decision of 7' doors. When I told him that I wasn't going to change my mind about it, he told me that ordering 7' doors is too much of a hassle.
Long story short, if you are a home owner building a custom home, do not go here. He told me that he is busy enough with his regular contractors and basically doesn't want/need anymore business.
