Santos Excavating is a Terrible Company who could not do their job and will not pay their bills. We were working with them on a job for the new Salvation Army Community Center, a very worthwhile Organization, and they were contracted to provide Sub-Grade and Landscape Grade +/- 1/10 of a percent. They not only could not get the Sub-Grade right, but they did not provide any grading at all for the landscape. When they told us verbally that they would pay for the work we did if we went ahead and took responsibility for the Landscape Grade, we took them at their word. When we presented them with the bill for the work, they refused to pay. I would not recommend this company, they will try to get away with doing as little work as possible.
