Seeing that times are weird these days and we are quarantined most of the time, there is a light at the end of the tunnel here in Chico. Behold Sephora, a combination of the Greek word sephos and Zipporrah, the exceptionally beautiful wife of Mose's. It's a cute small location located inside a JCPenny's. And they have quite a few useful items. I would spend my lunch break in San Francisco trying on different lipsticks and foundations and get perfume sample for a pick me up midday which was grueling if u worked at skincare corner at Westfield mall fifth n market.Back to the here and now. This place is heaven. I get there at exactly 11am. As soon as the door opens. In and out, the Manager is the best . She always pulls the best and most useful items for me. The shiseido eye cream
