DO NOT BUY! I repeat don't buy this bed. If I could give zero stars I would. We were hoping to get the best night sleep but all we got was pain. We were so excited for our i8 flex top king bed to arrive. Took over 3 months to have it delivered. Slept on it two weeks and woke up every morning barely able to walk. We called to exchange and they insisted we give it 30 days. So we waited until the 30 days was up. Called again, was informed that our adjustable base was non returnable. Was never told that in store, in the store all you hear is 100 nights to try it out. Lies! So since we were already stuck with a $4000 base we decided to upgrade to the i10 full spilt king. I asked multiple times that if we were not satisfied with this mattress after sleeping on it what could we do. I was told we could do one more exchange or return but that would be the last one. Took another 6 weeks for delivery and right away we knew it wasn't the right one, bed slides apart, feels like it only fills up in the middle so the sides slope down. IT IS A GLORIFIED AIR MATTRESS! Just called to make a return and was now told after our exchange it was a final sale. WTF! So one person can tell you that you can exchange and then the next says nope. So now we are out $12,000 and get to put these air mattresses in storage. This company is a scam. Have you slept on a camping air mattress? Yes that's what it is. Do not waste your money!

This store is the worst. We ordered a queen double S3 size bed. We worked with Mary for three days and she placed the order. We just received the bed from UPS and it was not what we ordered. The company told us the store ordered the wrong bed. When I called the store and spoke with Peter the manager he blamed us. I told him "why would we order a single bed when there are two of us?" The boxes aren't even open and they are charging us to send the bed back and saying it was a trial. WHAT, are you kidding we NEVER even opened the boxes or put the bed together! This company is a joke and so are the people at the store. BUYER BEWARE this place is terrible
