JOANN Fabric and Crafts

one employee and a manager hung up on me twice yesterday. I was wanting to know where my refund is on an order that I cancelled last week. I'm looking at my bank online that clearly shows Joannes deducted the money from my account but both people are telling me that they cancelled. Over and over they said the order was cancelled it's my banks fault.
I went to the email they send me after cancelling my order and this is what is written.....
* We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. If you want to change or add to your order, please place a separate order for any item not in your original order. Any unwanted items can be returned. If you don't pick up your order, it will be canceled on the 5th day and the authorization on your card will be removed, there's no need to call or email. Looks like someone doesn't even know their own policy. Hobby Lobby is where I will be shopping for my fabric needs that's for sure.

I had an enjoyable shopping experience today at Joann's. It began with being greeted when I walked in the door, so I felt welcomed. The lady cutting material took the time to try to find an item the woman in front of me needed. She was friendly and cut the material to exactly the size I needed. The cashier took the time to enter my information into the system. Good customer service made my day! I bet there is a creative employee who could improve the restroom with decorative paint!
