Spirit Halloween Superstore

Not sure where I would post. This years location is on 1982 East 20th Street. I purchased Cozy Cat Costume for my little today for $35. First, we only found the 14-16, which I knew was way to big. We asked the lady in the fitting room if they had anymore in the back. She didn't even bother checking. After searching throu all the girls costumes we found one in a smaller size. We bought it and left. We drove all the way home, opened the package and there was a hole in the seam. Drove all the way back for them to tell me it's exchange only. Ok, there isn't any mediums left. I was lucky to find this one. They then tell me sorry there is nothing they can do. Make sure you check your costumes before you leave even if you know it's your kids size. I won't make that mistake again.

I had a hard time finding a butterfly antenna headband and even asked an employee for guidance, who told me they didn't have them. Well I stubbornly continued my search and found it on my own, not in the 'Ears and Hats' section, where it should've been with the other headbands, but randomly next to make up section with butterfly wings. Why didn't she steer me there? The employees don't seem to know anything, you're on your own navigating through the disorganized store. They did try, I think, but good luck if you're looking for something specific, better bring your monocle and notepad for clues.

The spooky house successfully scared the bajeesus out of my 3 yr old.
