With our two portable Pit Smokers, no one in the North State provides quality BBQ quite like Steelhead Catering in Chico, CA. We will customize your menu to your event regardless of size. From 2000 to 100 no event too small, we do them all.
History
Steelhead Catering started off as Steelhead BBQ in 1999. Chef Robert Shea had a dream to provide the best BBQ in all of California. Our mobile smoke pits are Klose BBQ Pit and an Ole Hickory commercial Smoke Pit. And when you taste the foods that these Smokers produce you'll experience some of the best BBQ you've ever had.
