Grateful for a place that does it's business enquires and courtesy bills via your insurance to create EOBs vs saying saying Medicare Advantage plans --- soorreee - go away ( like inspire ) my insurance DOES PAY via Anthem but many 3rd party billing and small counseling practices say Medicare Associated even if you will pay up from with cash - illegally deny . I've had so many unnecessary rude encounters and rejection of my insurance for health and behavioral health in spite of the fact they are reimbursed I do pay copays and willing to Pay any of the above and beyond billed and post billed . They treat me as a client NOT as some non payee creating a bad rap if they include my Anthem advantage plan - plus my new counselor so far seems worthy and relatable- also doesn't non stop take notes like many clinicians are EXPECTED to do to fulfill coding and billing - required now - the clinician looks at me and listens to me and seems to be prepared to move forward our sessions -- so far THANK YOU Stonebridge- you are giving me hope.
