Sunglass Hut

Beware!!! Bad business!! I attempted to return a pair of sunglasses that I purchased from a different sunglasses hut while out of town. The sales lady spent literally 15 minutes looking at the glasses and claimed that there was a scratch. There is no scratch. She offered to give me back 1/2 of the cost of the sunglasses due to the scratch she claims was there. I asked to speak to the manager, who was behind her on a laptop during this entire experience. The manager doesn't even inspect the glasses but repeats what the sales lady said. Wow absolutely terrible! I was left to call a 1-800 number and complain. Hopefully someone will take care of this. Do NOT buy from here, they are totally swindling you. Here is a photo of the area where the sales lady swears there is a scratch.

I came to sunglasses hut to get a pair of sunglasses for my dad for Father's Day and I was denied from entering the store because I was not wearing a mask. I informed the lady working that I had asthma and could not wear a mask due to the restriction of airflow. The lady then told me she did not care it was company policy. She was so rude and I will not be shopping here anymore!
