I am so upset with the awful service at Sweeney & Sweeney Insurance compared to the past. We had an agent named Melanie who called us back and got things done right away before the details got forgotten. Now, I have spend over 2 hours trying to get a simple matter (still needing to have a vehicle taken off our policy since March 10, 2023) addressed and it is impossible to do but it is affecting any more progress forward with my insurance. They are very incompetent and I will probably take my policies elsewhere.

This place is absolutely amazing. My work gets their insurance through them and they are so helpful! I don't understand insurance and they help me step by step through everything. I would recommend anyone here!!!!
