Tile Care

Our tile shower, bathroom and laundry room floors had not been re-sealed in 16 years. It was time. We also had a limestone counter on our outdoor kitchen that needed his expertise. We called Mike Wooley, on our neighbor's referral, and had an excellent experience dealing with him and his crew.
First of all, he is extremely low key and easy to work with. The crew (2 young ladies) hard working and conscientious scrubbed all until they sparkled, then putting on the sealant. They were careful with laying out covering on our adjoining hardwood floors. The pricing is very fair and reasonable. They were right on time, a plus in everyone's schedule.
The bathrooms looked like they were just laid and the limestone counter, a plus from what the weather had done to it.
A 5 star experience, would definitely use his service again and recommend his company.

The first sign was that he was very difficult to contact. Finally, when I contacted him I specifically asked him if he worked in our area. I was told no problem. I do work all the way down to Roseville. When he came out, he grouted the perimeter of our shower. He was suppose to grout around the shower bench and my husband specifically told him not to remove shower bench just grout / seal it into place. The next thing we knew the shower bench top was removed. He said it had to dry out before he could finish grouting and sealing it. He said to call him when it was dried out and he would be back to finish the job. When we finally were able to reach him again, he said he did not say he would be back to finish the job. That he would go out of business coming out to where we lived. So now we are stuck with a problem he left us with. He seemed nice, but was not honest with us and left us stuck with our shower apart.
