Customer support is by far. the worst I have EVER experienced. looking for a new internet provider. frustration trying to reach someone is overwhelming, so nothing gets resolved. THE WORST.

We were baited and switched big time here. Timothy told us our brand new Samsung S23 wasn't compatible with their network (after we confirmed it was), and said he had to sell us a brand new S24 the very same week we bought out the S23 from TMobile. Both TMobile and Xfinity verified we were lied to and the phone was fully compatible. Lost the $100 Visa card promo, and now have payments again on a phone we didn't ever need to purchase., and customer service is a useless loop. I'm in the process of researching every review site and legal entity we can file a complaint with. DON'T GO HERE!
