The theater is nice and I enjoyed watching a movie with my granddaughter. I hope to have another he opportunity to visit again.

I just moved to Northern California a month a ago. One of my friends took me here last week. They were telling me how nice the theater is. When we got there I was expecting it to look like the Cinemark I used to live near in Rialto, California but it didn't. I think if it's going to say it's Cinemark then it should look like one. For starters they need to replace their seats with reclining chairs that have heaters in them. The seats were uncomfortable to the point that my body was hurting after sitting in them. Also if you order food on the app you have to pick it up from the counter. Don't allow us to order from the app if we have to pick up are food from the counter. I only order from the app if they are delivering my food to my seat but this location doesn't. Until they fix up this theater I won't be going to the movies anymore. Also this is the only movie theater near me. There aren't even any in other cities near me.
