I pre-ordered a bouquet for my mother who was in the Enloe Hospital recovering from open-heart surgery. The clerk was an older, heavyset woman with a bouffant hair style. Three of us entered the store, she had to have heard the bell above the door ring. She didn't even acknowledge us, just walked around and talked to another customer. She acted like we weren't even there. If I didn't already order and pay for the bouquet, we would have left. Finally, she got to us and treated us like we were contaminating her breathing air. Later, my friend called and complained about her service. Her reply was, "I'll tell them," she was the only one in the store. We never done business there again. Her attitude made an already stressful situation even heavier than her 250-pound body. Sadly, my mother didn't survive the surgery. Touch-of-NO-Class Florists, thanks for nothing.
