I was going to purchase a wreath today on the corner of Cohasset and Pilsbury in front of Dutch Bros. from a woman named Stephanie. First, I did not see a business license. Second, all of the items on the wreaths were second hand or Dollar Tree, at best. Considering the quality of the wreaths the prices were overinflated. Upon further inspection of the wreaths, there appeared to be a disconnect between the glue gun and the application of the ornaments, making them look like Halloween wreaths (webs of glue all over the wreaths). And third, her condescending tone made my wallet shrink up and hide...someone needs customer service training. In my humble opinion, she should not be on the corner selling tacky, overpriced wreaths! Also, as she only accepts cash, where is her business license???
