This was the worst experience ever! I reserved a 6x12 trailer 3 months ago and the wanted me to drive to Redding to pick it up. They even confirmed my reservation the night before. KKThey were unaccomodating and unsympathetic. They made it my problem not theirs. The 800 number to uhaul should fix the problem right? Nope! Same response. I hope to never use uhaul again, especially this location.

Absolutely awful. Made a reservation for a 26 ft truck a month ahead of time. Got a call the day before that the truck should not be available and that the nearest truck was 5 hours away. That's 10 full hours of driving before putting even one box in the truck.
What is the point of taking reservations if uhaul does not honor them. It is despicable.
