Great place to rent a vehicle. Prices are much more reasonable than other car rental agencies. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They offered me a better vehicle at an amazing discount. I will definitely rent from Budget again.

will NEVER rent from Budget at the Chico mall again. I had car reserved for 3 days, turned in a day and half early as plans changed. he NEVER opened his mouth and SAID anything about rate change didn't want to give me a receipt when I demanded one and asked WHY price was ONLY a few dollars less then 3 day rental he said price changed I said give me the keys back and I will return tomorrow he said no I closed it out. He just lost a lot of business. he doesn't even give clean cars had a sign he doesn't clean them because he doesn't have a proper set up.
