We have a full service repair department and we also rent medical equipment such as knee walkers, lift chairs,mobility scooters, hoyer lifts and hospital beds

In business for over 35 years, we began the business with uniforms and physician supplies. As the need for durable medical equipment increased, we began selling and repairing wheelchairs, scooters, and other related equipment. We remain a small "Mom & Pop" business in Chico, California. Rosie was very knowledgeable about the products she was selling. I was very impressed by her attention to detail and patience with my parents. She went above and beyond to make my mom and dad happy and feel special. We ended up purchasing a mobility scooter she knew would be the best fit

Customer service was lacking on my visit. The employee who "helped us" didn't seem to know anything about the wheelchairs on hand and stated she "wouldn't even know where to start" to look it up online. What!?! Isn't this the primary focus of this business?
I watched her walk away from my elderly father in law to help someone else while he still had questions and other supplies he needed. He states they have done this to him before and after our visit an employee did this to him on the phone.
He is a bit slow to speak what he needs, but the elderly deserve our attention and patience. They're still valid customers.
