Nu2u

I have been to this store a few times at their new location and old. I just went a few days ago. They older lady behind the counter was so involved with her reading material she asked if we needed help on our way out. We even walked right by her. Their items are extremely over priced. You can find the same items that are new at Home Goods in Sacramento/Roseville or even our local TJ Maxx. Craigslist is also a great source. The store is advertised "Nu2u" (New 2 u) but the prices are not that of a consignment store/ second hand store. Especially painted furniture and outdated sofas, oak and iron furniture that they are asking $$$. If you are under 40 this is not the store for you. I have found cheaper items at Pottery Barn! I highly doubt we will be coming in again. Also the handmade ("Can only park here 30 min") sign they have taped to a chair isn't legal. That should have been our first warning sign.

A high end second hand store that knows how to use twitter and social media! I'm impressed. Great stuff and really well displayed. You'll think you are in a high end furniture store, until you look at the price tags. I love a good bargain.
