Evans Electric

I had an appointment to meet someone (Robert) at my house to give me an estimate to have a generator installed. I took off time for work for this purpose and he stood me up, didn't show up or text or call. I called him several times on his cellphone to find out what happened and he did not return my calls. A few days later I called directly to the Evans Electric office and lo and behold, Robert answers the phone. He didn't really have any kind of explanation for standing me up. He sheepishly apologized and said he would have someone contact me to reschedule.

A little later, I was contacted by a different electrician from Evans. We scheduled to meet today at noon. Again, I took off early from work for this purpose. Thirty minutes before the meeting, I was texted and told that something had come up and the electrician from Evans Electric wouldn't be making it (again) and wanted to know if we could reschedule. I declined because I've basically given up all hope on this company. :(
