Amber Grove Place

My father has been at Amber Grove for two years now, and we as a family could hardly be happier. The personal kindness and interest shown to each person is phenomenal. And that is from the top to the bottom...administrators to custodian.

This is a very hard journey to make, but the people of Amber Grove make it so much easier.

Did I mention the activities? I challenge you to find better anywhere! And the upbeat atmosphere, and lack of that telltale nursing home smell....?

So far after three plus months of my father being at Amber Grove my family and I are very disappointed at best. Lots of nice people but there lacking PROCESS big time!! Inconsistent all the way around. They give cupcakes to Diabetics by accident because they don't pay attention. They don't help the residents eat that can't hardly hold a spoon. They pick up the dishes after dinner and don't write down how much they ate. On top of that they take out the $5,995 out of my mom's account & don't even send us an invoice which has been asked for multiple times
