Roses & Ivy Elder Care

The staff at Roses & Ivy are very caring and cautious. They plan daily events and activities that are enjoyable for their residents. Mainly, they put in place all of the proper restrictions to ensure residents, staff, and visitors are safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. I really like the direct emails from the owner and the telephone calls from the facility director to keep me informed about how relative is cared for there and if I have any needs from them. They are both approachable and will answer every question I have until I am satisfied. Excellent care.

The administration is horrible. They are more worried about their staffs love lives then they are about the over all function of the facility. As well as playing favorites. I have been in there 3 times. And it is horrible when you see the same people working for someone else because that person doesn't want to work. So they call off or whatever. When I asked the Administrator a question, it was difficult obviously for her to answer. Which made her look very incompetent to be running a facility with loved ones. A few of the caregivers are rude, and do not know their jobs very well. I find this very sad due to the fact that there are people there that are suppose to be taken care of. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!
