Art Etc

I trusted them with an old picture of my grandmother that badly needed repair, reframing and protection from sun. We spent time selecting the perfect border and frame and the result was beautiful. My husband just commissioned a new piece of art and we will take it here for framing.

Caleb and his crew at Art Etc are consummate professionals!! I had a bunch of diplomas to frame and Caleb suggested a bronze/brushed black combination that was so gorgeous that I designed my decor around it! He used black and gold mats and each one came out perfect. I drove 3 hours round trip to get here and I don't regret it. I'm always willing to make the drive for quality. I'm a perfectionist and Caleb is too. Plus he's super nice and understands customer service - the frames were unexpectedly back ordered till September but he figured out a way to get everything framed using a standard black frame for now, with the understanding that he'd reframe them once the final frames came in. He gave me 10% off for the hassle of driving back and forth; and for the wait; and even offered to drive them to me! He now has a happy customer for life and I'll recommend him to everyone!
