I've been helping my grandparents with their business for a few years now. We always get custom apparel done through Andy's. Their customer service and communication is amazing. On top of that, their prices are also hard to beat. I will always recommend and send referrals to them. If you're in the Chico area, make sure to check with them first.

Do not use this business! They incorrectly printed a large number of tee shirts for me and were uncooperative in reprinting and reimbursing me for the shirts that were done wrong. When I received the reprinted tee shirts, 3 of them were the incorrectly printed ones with the design removed, leaving residue on the shirt. So in addition to competence, this business is dishonest.
