Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The "man" who works at this store who answers the phone and processes the orders has one of the worst attitudes ever. I called to get an estimate on my trophy and I was rudely told I wasn't a priority. Which I understand my order didn't have to be completed until June but the attitude I got from this "man" completely was unwarranted and all I was calling for was to see if there were any updates on the process/if there was a ROUGH estimate of what it was going to cost. Completely thrown off by his rudeness, I hung up. Then, I called back to cancel the order and had a woman answer this time who was so incredibly nice and helped me cancel without any problems. What made me upset is because I heard the "man" in the back say "perfect". I get you're upset my guy but you do not need to take it out on the customer. All I did was call to ask questions (very nicely I'll add) and I get berated.. I just really had to share my experience with this store because I wouldn't have canceled if it weren't for just one persons nasty attitude towards me because I was trying to purchase something FROM THEM. Weird concept to be calling and asking about an order that I placed. If you can't answer the phone and treat people on the other end with respect, then don't answer the phone or don't interact with your customers.
