We have put on a pickleball tournament the past two years. The first year didn't offer medals and got a lot of flak. Wend to Chico Awards and met Patrick, the owner. He was a great help in picking out the right award and the staff was very helpful with any questions I had. We also embroidered a hat with the tournament logo. The players loved the medals and the hats. The work was excellent, the staff was great, and the price was reasonable and the service first rate.

May 03, 2023Extremely unprofessional and unable to fulfill my order. I tried to order trophies for our youth sports team by using the online order system. When I hadn't heard from the company a day before the order was due (and it was stated that I would be receiving an email to proof), I followed-up. I was told there was a glitch in the website that a) prevented them from viewing my order and b) they didn't even have the capability of making these trophies, especially at the price listed online. The owner was not kind or sympathetic and was unable to fulfill any type of similar order for me. My players will be disappointed, and so am I. Take your business elsewhere.
