I am very disappointed with the "service" I received from Chris Bonacorsi. He had been doing my mom's business taxes for many years so she must have been happy with his work. My experience with him is that he didn't return emails or phone calls to answer pertinent questions I had. His receptionist was excellent and always got back to me with an answer. When I asked him specifically if I should report Trust expenses he said no. He pawned the taxes off on an associate (THANK GOODNESS) who advised me to report the expenses which generated $4500 worth of carryover deduction for the following year. What did Chris bill me for none of his hard work and all of his unresponsiveness??? $600
Chandese Meghdadi, on the other hand, was awesome for taking over and giving me very professional and personalized service! She has moved on to Tittle&Company.- helpfull 0
