We had Randy Rooter come to our home and do some work on the external side of my house. Yes he fixed it... however in the process he damaged the sprinkler system. We took pictures throughout the process. When it was pointed out that he damaged the sprinkler line he refused to fix it. He not only left the plumbing line exposed that he did fix but tried to cover the new problem with dirt that he caused by leveraging dirt out to get to sewer main.
