The only problem I have ever had was the guy couldn't find a vein that would stay still. I got a booboo shirt and two tickets to the movies for that. It is a nice place to go because the people put you at ease. It doesn't take that long and you get to sit and snack with the new friends you made. I just wonder, how often do you get out to Oroville these days?

Mar 13, 2021Staff here are usually great and fun to talk to but they are not great with honoring appointments. They double book people on the same time slot leaving you to wait sometimes while they take other booking. They ask you to fill out a "fast pass" but obviously there is nothing fast about this if I'm waiting 20 or more minutes over my appt time. Word of advice, if you're running behind - set the expectation to your blood volunteers by saying thank you and sorry for your inconvenience. Be proactive.
