My dentist retired and I went to see Dr Bradford based on a friends recommendation. I did not think I could find a dentist that I could trust as much as Dr Fred Tilden but I have been very impressed with this office. He spent over an hour discussing my problems. Referred me to a root canal specialist that I was impressed with also.
If your looking for a dentist that will treat you well and take care to explain things I highly recommend him.

I am not giving more than one star because of his unprofessional chair side manner.

What has bothered me over the years, and I finally switched dentists, was his constant running banter with himself as he worked in my mouth. Besides corny jokes, and a continual talking to himself where he expressed his personal thoughts and opinions, he would name drop! By this I mean the first and last names of patients he thought I might know! It is none of my business if so-in-so came to him last week for a cleaning or a cap. More disconcerting was that in the past 3 or 4 years he continued to give me lurid details of an affair and eventual marital break up of a couple who were his patients. I asked him to stop, but every six months, he couldn't help but feed me a little tidbit of gossip while my mouth was open.

While some patients may enjoy this seemingly friendly talk, as though everyone of his patients had a connection, and interest, and a right to the insight he provided into their lives... I did not. I cringe to think of him mentioning my name, while friends or colleagues are captive audiences visualizing me with saliva being sucked out of my mouth. No thank you. I do not feel good or privileged to get to be privy to this sort of gossip. It is not professional and ethically not right.

As a patient over the past 20 years, Dr. Bradford has kept a watchful eye on my naturally strong and healthy teeth. With the exception of two crowns that do not match the color of my natural teeth, and he did not change out when he noticed the mismatch, I have no complaints with his work.
