Murray Oral and Facial Surgery

Was referred for possible biopsy . Very rude and condescending staff .
I called Dr Womack office.. what a difference . They are very kind there and really care about patients needs.

Dr. Murray was amazing and completed my sons surgery in a timely manner. His bedside manner was great, too.
However, he has an office staff member who is a fraud. My car tapped her bumper, and there was minimal damage if even a scratch. As I was walking my son out, who was coming out of anesthesia, she was freaking out over the scratch . I could barely get my son in the car ,"who couldn't even stand on his own" while she's hounding me for my insurance information. I had to tell her to back off until I could get my son in his safety seat. I provide her with all the proper information . While she didn't even have a DL on her nor her insurance information. Then she called CPD on me . Mind you, my son was under anesthesia for 45 minutes and had only been awake for about 15 minutes, and she's pulling this crap. She acted as if I was going to just drive off or something.
Note: her car was a 20 something year old Toyota . In closing, she tells me that her car had been hit by someone in Target parking lot a few weeks prior." Little fishy."
Long story short ,great doctor shady staff.
