I scheduled an appointment with Dr Womack over a month ago for a consultation to have my daughter's wisdom teeth removed. The appointment was for today at 1:30. I received a message last week from a Chelsea confirming the appointment and she also asked for me to call her back to go over some details. I called her back and left a message and never heard back. Today (the day of the appointment) I picked my daughter up early from school and was driving to the appointment from Paradise, where we live. At 1:24 I received a call from Dr Womacks office saying I was supposed to be there at 1:15 to fill out paperwork. I explained that I was never told that we needed to be there early and that we would be there by 1:30. She then said we can come and fill out the paperwork but we would have to reschedule the appointment. When we got there (right on time) I filled out the paperwork and was done by 1:42, 12 minutes after our scheduled appointment. I asked the front desk person "if we showed up 12 minutes late would we have been turned away"? She told me she had to input everything and they would have had to set everything up which would take 20 minutes. Shouldn't everything have been set up anyway? And I'm sure they could have taken her back for X-rays while inputing her info. The staff was completely unhelpful and acted like it was my fault for not being there early. I have had many appointments where I'm told when scheduling the appointment to be there 15-20 minutes early and I put the time they need me there on my phone. I also own my own business that is conducted through appointments, if someone was 12 minutes late due to miscommunication you can bet I would have a little bit of flexibility to fit them in. Had I known they wanted me there earlier than the appointment I absolutely would have been there then. This place is rude and has no respect for peoples time. We will be going elsewhere.

I'm 62 and I have been going to Dr. Womack for many years. He is an outstanding oral surgeon. His knowledge and skill are beyond compare, and he really cares about his patients. The members of his support staff are absolutely fantastic as well - in particular, Kim, Melissa, Bianca, and Renee have all helped me out a great deal. I greatly appreciate the high level of care that I have received from Dr. Womack and his staff.
