Susan Burgess, "Md" is the worst doctor I've ever met!!! First of all when she entered my room, I nearly gasped at what I was looking at. I find it hypocritical and concerning when a doctor doesn't take care of themselves.
She was argumentative, rude and dismissive. She seemed very disorganized and more concerned about her spelling, then actually listening to my concerns. I felt like I had to justify my health history, as she questioned with disbelief with my answers. She minimized my pain and chose to lecture me on all of my ailments and health history. She's probably 450 pounds could barely breathe or stand yet she was so condescending and belittling towards me, I left the office feeling worse than I did arriving. I cannot believe she is in practice. I will not be back.- helpfull 0

My husband saw Ava Schmidt at Immediate Care in Orland, then Immediate Care in Chico, and now at this lovely new office. Friendly, competent care, along with a pleasant location are helping my farmer husband to follow through with preventive care. If you need primary care I highly recommend this as a good place to find it!
