Came in the the other day on short notice and went to express care where I was greeted by Vanessa with a bright friendly smile. She asked how she could help and I told her I needed to get in to be seen and she had no problem taking care of me and getting me checked in. She was very pleasant and asked how my day was going and genuinely put me in a better mood before I even got called back. I've had a lot of negative experiences when I've had to go into other clinics on short notice but Vanessa was more than happy to take care of me and my needs, as well as other patients waiting behind me without an issue. Shout out to you Vanessa! And thank you for your help and the pleasant experience

A well run establishment with compassionate service providers. Generally, on time for scheduled appointments. Pharmacy and lab for blood panels on site.
