Mike Casey and Matt Daniels teamed up to form Elite Biomechanical Design to provide hands down, the best patient care in Chico and the surrounding areas. We even go to Susanville/Chester for patient care every other week. The response has been so good that we have opened 2 new offices, one in Oroville, and one in Yuba City. Bret Cook sees patients at these locations and is dedicated to the same level of patient care that we have created in Chico.

I went to this company for an orthotic insert for my shoe. They did not accept my Dr's prescription. When I went to pay for the orthotic they refused to accept checks, credit cards or debit cards. They only accept cash. And no receipt for payment was given in return. I was forced to purchase a insert for my shoe that is two sizes larger than I wear. And that was at a cost of $170. Something I will never use as it is to large for my shoe. And I am not wearing shoes that my feet slip around in. I am not happy with this place at all makes me wonder how they stay in business? The guy Mike who made the orthotic refused to make it in the correct size for me and kept saying wear larger shoes. I wear a 6.5 in women's shoes. I would not recommend this place to anyone Mike does not listen when people come to him with problems. All this place wants is your cash and no paper trail to prove you were there. Never again.....
