Thank you well done my office looks and smells beautiful, will always call this company for cleaning very detailed work done.

I do not recommend this cleaning service. Working with Butte Janitorial was rough, to say the least. Upon emailing them a cleaning checklist to reference, the initial cleaning was set to match high standards of my landlord. Upon completion of the first visit, I found myself in a state of panic when standard cleaning tasks went unnoticed. Simple tasks such as dusting, knocking down cobwebs, cleaning toilets, wiping down the oven and fridge, and mopping the kitchen and entryway were left unfinished. I called the following morning to see if there was any way for the company to send someone out to dust the blinds, re-clean the glass doors, and mop the garage (which wasn't even initially swept), and to revisit a few other places that were left dirty. An employee was sent out however the job was not completed well. The floors remained sticky, the blinds were covered in dust, window pains dusty, cob webs remaining in corners of rooms, and the stove still greasy and untouched. These cleaning flaws lead to a rough check out appointment with my landlord. In an attempt to save me security deposit money, my landlord composed a list of things that still needed to be cleaned. With a newly composed list from the landlord of what still needed to be cleaned, I turned to Butte Janitorial to return and finish their agreement- just as any other person would do who had paid hundreds of dollars for a professional cleaning service.
Attempting to contact Butte Janitorial once again to see if someone could come back out for a third time to complete simple tasks, I was told that they were too busy to return to the house. Upon talking with the owner of Butte Janitorial, he promised to meet with me the following day to walk through the house and take care of the list my landlord composed and to take care of items that still needed attention. Long story short, I was blown off and Butte Janitorial never called or showed up to the property.
Evening came fast and I gave one last call, of which was answered however Butte Janitorial had every excuse in the book as to why they couldn't make it out my house. Butte Janitorial focused on the fact that they had sent someone the previous day (of whom didn't make any progress), and that they had taken on our house last minute. My response was this: firstly, the house remained dirty after two visits and secondly, I believe that in this business it is quality over quantity; if they could've done the job well, why commit to cleaning the house up to high standards?
Only after a friend wrote a negative review, did they care to return to my house and finish the job- at 2:00am, however the damage was done and I was not interested in their below-par work. In fact Butte Janitorial tried to bribe her by saying that if she takes down the negative review they'd return to the house and finish their cleaning job the following morning, but multiple previous attempts and visits showed that Butte Janitorial doesn't value honest or fair service. I do not recommend this service for they are not professional, and do not care about the quality of their service. Butte Janitorial is not worth your money. What began as a win-win scenario for Butte Janitorial and myself, ended up being a lose-lose. I lost money from my security deposit, and they lost future clientele.
