Canyon Oaks Country Club

Caynon Oaks is a nice course to play but it's too expensive. I went as a guest and it was $85. I paid less last month at Indian Wells CC as a guest. It was a much better course. Better off going to Rolling Hills and pay $65. They keep their course in better shape.

Horrible service! My wedding was on 10/16/21! And they were hard to work with from the start! First, we went through like 3 different people to work with since we postponed our wedding due to covid. They told us we couldn't do buffet during covid and could only do plated which doesn't make any sense. We were forced to taste test for plated items and we weren't even allowed to try the whole menu. Then last minute right before we needed to send out our invitations we were told we could do buffet. Nikki never really reached out to us to ask questions or to make sure things were in order. She was very short in her responses and you almost felt like you were annoying her. They also have tripled their prices from 2020 so I highly wouldn't recommend paying what they are asking for now for the type of service you will get. My wedding party and I got to the venue for rehearsal the day before and we went looking for Nikki and we were told she wasn't there for our rehearsal, she never told us she wouldn't be there and didn't even tell us who we needed to check in with. Someone directed us to Cameron who we have never even seen before who went through rehearsal with us. Then came the wedding day and Nikki is still nowhere to be found and I am told she wasn't going to be there on the wedding day either, once again I wasn't told! And Cameron didn't start till 1pm and my ceremony was at FOUR and I had stuff that needed to be set up and done and the venue wouldn't let us set up things before 1 o'clock because of golf! The bridal area to get ready in was disgusting the carpet was nasty there was stuff everyone from a previous wedding and the members of the golf club could come in and out as they pleased while you were trying to get ready! They put my cake out without the cake topper. The dance floor had pieces missing from it! We came back on Monday to come pick up all our stuff and no one was there and we ended up leaving stuff they grabbed because no one told us anything or communicated with us! They never offered to box up our cake I have no idea what happened to the rest of it. My wedding turned out beautiful but had nothing to do with the venue! If anything my family and bridesmaids did all the work!
