Chico Mobile Country Club

It's a beautiful place to live. Outside of the main city with no sirens or other city noises to bother one and surrounded by almond orchards. All places are different, of course, but my unit comes with big back yard in which I planted a willow tree that is huge now, along some fruit bearing trees and and small olive tree. The front yard has a long bank of gardenias, a Meyer Lemon tree and two trees by the front sidewalk. There's been a change in management and as we've come to know each other, there's a growing respect.

Each place is of different, of course, but mine has two large bedrooms, bathroom, living room with a side seating area, and a perfect size dining room and kitchen, of course. Private covered drive way to park the car. There's an onsite beauty parlor for those who wish to use that, and a small gym. There's a large swimming pool at front of the complex, with a tall, wrought-iron fencing surrounding it.

It's a large complex, but only for adults. Children and grand-children can visit but cannot live here.

I came here to visit my friend who lived here for a long time. They enjoyed the place, the community is very nice. The club has lots of interactions with the tenant.
