Chico Cemetery

I buried my young daughter at Chico cemetery, of course this was quite some time ago in 1993. I remember that Chico cemetery took very good care of us and we're very calm and caring.

Clark Masters didn't have any of the paperwork ready for my father-in-law's graveside service. When he walked up to my mother-in-law as the service was about to start, the first think he did was ask about money and re-ask all the questions she had already answered during the previous meeting when she set up the service with him. He then sent someone to his office to check if he had the right paperwork(which was all turned in during the previous meeting). We asked if there was anything else and can we just have the service. He said that was all. As soon as the urn was lowered, Clark came back to my mother-in-law to talk to her about money again. We had to go to the office and wait for him to fill out all the paperwork

Clark Masters was highly unprofessional and I would not recommend dealing with him. A funeral should be the last place you hassle the family about things. If he was going to do that, he could have made the effort to make a phone call in the days ahead of time.
