I didn't know my house could look that good and I had the pictures a day and a half later. Hayden was very friendly and responded within a day each time I had questions. I don't know a lot about listing real estate and my agent doesn't normally use a professional photographer. He was very helpful.

Other things: He was on time, put on a mask before entering our home, and had a very professional and respectful demeanor.

I thought I was one step closer to having my property pictures without any problems, but that was not the case. I got this classic package from them, but all I had were incorrect number of images as I instructed, not so polished pictures, and the virtual tour that was way too far from what I expected. I was really disappointed, pissed. Never imagined this would happen.
