This lady is a ROCK STAR! She was beyond professional through every single step of selling my condo. She was also very proactive and is a true leader, which personally I find to be a pretty rare thing. Usually I'm the one that has to guide people on how I want things done, but she had suggestions and ideas that I hadn't even thought of that turned out to be extremely valuable both monetarily and efficiency wise to the entire transaction. She actually made me money in this sale by using intelligent leverage that was a win-win for both buyer and seller. I have a fair amount of experience selling properties, so I was impressed by this. She's a true professional and knows her stuff very very well. I'm happy I chose Alice as my realtor because choosing the right realtor can be a real make or break situation. AMAZING! Alice helped me buy my first house in Chico back in 2008 and then our second house in 2020. She is very experienced and flexible.
